As far as a physical is concerned, it could have been performed over the phone with the exception of the B.P. check. She didn't look at me other than to discuss possible reasons to take vitamins which may or may not be a good idea. I came in for the second time to establish a primary care physician and came away wondering if she could even pick me out if laying in a morgue. I expected to have my heart listened to and other things I've had done in the past from other doctors. I'm 66 and in good health but I expected more. Maybe I'm being too picky??

I went to see this doctor because I had been experiencing pain in my arms, shoulders and back. I asked only that I get a diagnosis of why this was, as it has persisted for several years. 7 months later, still no diagnosis. As far as spending time with you...nope. I went to the emergency room on a Saturday because I couldn't put weight on my leg. At the time, they told me to see my doctor for followup. When the doctor entered the room and I told the doctor what happened, I was advised that there was no time to address it at this appointment and I would have to make a separate appt to discuss it. Huh?? If you get a prescription for medication (good luck with that) you only get to refill it once, twice at the max requiring a person to make another appointment to review the issue that prompted the need for the medication. Huh? Back to my pain. In fairness I was referred to physical therapy by the doctor and was later advised that my pain was from poor posture. Physical therapy… didn't help and I told the doctor that it seemed to make the pain worse. It was now 6-7 months since my first appt with this doctor so, in desperation, I called one of our local retired doctors. I called on a Friday. Got a return call from him on the following Monday. On Wednesday of that same week, I went to the hospital to get the xrays he ordered; on Thursday, he called and asked to meet with me on the next day (Friday). In short, the problem was that my shoulder replacement was separating!! The ball and socket were separating!!! AND, it took only one week!! In light of my experience, stated above, you draw your own conclusion on whether, in truth, medical care was provided.

I was very happy with Dr. she has great bedside manor and is very caring. I feel she listened to me and addressed my concerns.

I feel confident with Dr. Harris. She listens and doesn't rush. She also respects what I choose to do or not to do.
