Dr. Diane Michelle Hom, MD

I've never had a doctor that worked actively against my health until I came to Dr. Hom. She tries to convince her patients that their real conditions are imagined (especially if you're a woman — she believes that most women fake learning disabilities) and is more concerned about avoiding extra work for herself if it involves examinations, ordering labs, or any kind of effort. She is more interested in taking your $30 copay and kicking you out of her office ASAP. She has made me feel insane for thinking about preventative care (my family history of hormone issues and I have early symptoms like numbness, irregular periods, sudden weight loss ) and rudely told me that until I have debilitating/critical symptoms, she can't order any hormone tests/labs or acknowledge the condition. Not even a TEST to diagnose. She's been my doctor for about a year and has treated all issues I've asked her about this way - rashes, sickness, hormonal imbalance, and more. No doctor is worth this.

I was a patient of Dr. Hom for almost 4 years. She doesn't listen or answer questions, or explain anything. She doesn't inquire about anything or ask pertinent questions. She is distant and makes you feel as if you are wasting her time. She failed to diagnose or properly treat medical problems on several occasions. She was unwilling to make any attempt to find an alternative prescription when the side effects of something she prescribed made it impossible to take a medication. She is distant and uncaring about her patients or providing proper medical care.

She does not care about providing good care. She should retire.
