Unethical LCSW. She owes me $ since March and refuses to contact the insurance company back after several months of phone calls. Says she is in network with Cigna then states that all her clients pay her upfront and insurance reimburses them back after she sends client super bill. After months of going back and forth still has yet to pay me back rest of what insurance has given her. Instead insults me and insurance she has contract with via email acting like the victim. Doesn't even do book keeping. EVERY appt we had she would ask if I paid her for last session. Unethical LCSW and doesn't care about you wasting your time as long as she doesn't have to deal with insurance or returning phone calls. I've been dealing with the insurance for her since Feb because she doesn't even know how much contractually she is to be paid by them. BEWARE of paying her UPFRONT. I hope this review helps someone else from making the same mistake I did in trusting her word.
