I appreciate the work I did with Dr. Menago. I found her to be professional and helpful - the daily anxiety I had has decreased significantly!

Do yourself a favor and don’t even schedule the first appointment with her. What I had thought was professionalism on her part was really a lack of empathy. I completely agree with a reviewer on another site who said Diane's pretentious, presumptuous and cold. I don't expect her to be a friend, but there was no effort on her part to build any therapeutic relationship with me. She teaches at a local college, which seems to be a priority for her over her patients. The availability of her office hours is limited, especially when I was having a bad day with my depression and needed a last-minute appointment. I fired her as my therapist yesterday. The depression fog that had rolled in has eased up considerably in the ensuing 24 (or so) hours since, which should tell you a lot. Please, for your mental health, stay away from her.
