Dr. Diane C Scheuer, DO

Dr. Scheuer likes for me to come into her office every 90 days when my medicine runs out. However with this Corona virus thing the I am afraid I may not be able to renew my prescription. Been satistisfied with her services for the most part. However some times the prescriptions are sometimes more xed up due to the local pharmacies. They do not always tell me when they are ready. I wish she would use the pharmacy with my insurance company. It would be more affordable for me & I never had a problem with them before. Outside of the prescription hassle there are no complaints on my part.

Would not ever recommend this Doctor. Went in because of grief of loved one. Treated poorly. Would not return phone calls, would not refill prescriptions. Calls and calls to staff only to be treated poorly. Made everything a lot more stressful when life was stressful enough. Never go to this doctor.

I have seen this doctor for several years. I have no problem making appointments ; seem to be able to get in by the next day or even same day at times. Dr Scheuer seems very understanding and worked with my medications I was taking when I lost my good job couple years ago. Thank you for your time and patience and pofessionlism!

I guess this doctor did well enough in routine visits and tests, but trying to get a prescription refill is frustrating at best. I've never had a doctor who refused to write a prescription for refills (not for controlled substance either) which then requires a call to the office to get a refill which is an exercise in unnecessary stress and the staff answering the phone was not always sympathetic and/or helpful
