her treatment plan fixed my circadian rhythm disorder! i was waking up at 3pm for about a year and falling asleep in my classes. i went to a sleep clinic and they referred me here for a sleep study since they wanted to rule out narcolepsy bc i have an extensive sleep paralysis history. i told augelli i didn't think narcolepsy was right since my sleep study didn't totally rule it out, but i sought help initially because i wanted to wake up at normal times again. she listened to me and gave me a treatment plan for dspd (delayed sleep phase disorder). it's been a month since i saw augelli and it's working, my circadian rhythm is starting to shift! i woke up at 6am today. i would go to sleep around this time before. last week in the lecture i always fall asleep in i was awake. i am super happy - thank you!!
