Dr Walker is the best. I moved to another area and she is the only doctor that I had in the previous area that I travel to see currently.

I used to go to this doctor 3-4 years ago. I don’t know what happen to her and her staff. No one picks up the phone or calls back. This was scary and led me to find a new doctor. She had great staff, but no one calls you back.

Great doctor but never available. Awful staff that lack tack to deal with patients and lack customer service.

Years ago her staff was on point, she had this one old lady who was good at what she did. now there's five at the front desk and have no clue. they don't return calls nor make Dr. Walker aware her patient was reaching out to her. She really needs to re hire a new group of staff members who have empathy towards patients. Overall Dr. Walker is the best!

I really don’t know what happened in this office. Office staff is a problem. You take tests a month later they claim they don’t have the results. The staff years ago when she had only one or two persons. The doctor is great but the staff is zero.

Best Doctor Ever. Caring ,Supportive, expert in her field. I drive almost 2 hours to see her. When a doctor shakes your hand firmly, that's who I call an amazing Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dianne for over 10 years now. She is an amazing doctor! She never rushes you with visits and always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. Her staff has improved greatly in the last 3-4 years. Her current staff is the best and extremely helpful. The girls and guy in the office are comforting and very respectful. In the past there has been issues with getting things done, but I have no complaints now. There are time when you have to wait a long while but it's worth the wait. Dr. Beresford likes to take her time with her patients.
