Dr. Dianne M Busch

Dr. Busch is the worst dentist I’ve ever encountered. She is rude, her staff is rude, and the work she and her staff perform is done poorly. Stay away from this dentist. I am flabbergasted that the state of Florida has continued to allow her to practice dentistry in the state.

Uncaring. Crooked ways. No Christine manner. Does not file insurance appropriately. Changes office staff repeatedly

Agreed to accept insurance payment for crown as full payment then I 'm charged for removal of old crown, bite adjustment and X-ray to determine amount of cement used. Have 6 crowns by other dentists and never was charged separately for removal of old crown etc. Should have known something was up when Dale ( husband of Dr Busch) stated he didn't know exactly what my insurance would pay and could I pay $290, which I did. Well my part of the bill according to my insurance was $165! He knew this because he got pre-approval from ins.company but by collecting more he had my money and able to charge me extra. Also It is a 100 mile trip from my home to Dr.Buschs office yet she had called me the next day to tell me to come in for a bite check! How unprofessional and greedy plus dishonesty they are. They refuse to refund me any money for what I consider bogus charges. Told them I won't be back but they could care less. I will never recommend her.
