This is a GOOD Dr, IF & WHEN you can get in to see her !! Office staff is NOT very helpful, nor do they do what they say.I called on a Wed to get an RX & my call was returned that afternoon & said they would call it in on Thursday. Well, on Friday it had NOT yet been called in, so I called again. Lady told me she wd give it to her nurse again & call me back. they never called, so I called again that afternoon & was told they gave the msg to the nurse & asked if I had been called. I would NOT be calling again if they had. So I gave her the info-AGAIN _ she said she would ck--AGAIN. Then they called me to VARIFY may name !!!! Said they would call me back. They called --AGAIN-- & was told that since My Dr was off on Fri they had called her , & that she did not have my chart in front of her so I could go to an Urgent care facility, or call AGAIN on Monday !!! Had they done what they said they would do on Wed or Thurs, she WOULD have been in the Ofc & COULD see my chart. !!SO she… IS a good Dr, but getting in to see her is a whole nother ballgame !!!!

My wife made an appointment weeks ago to see Dr. Campbell giving some patient information over the phone at the time. When she turned up today for her appointment, they had no record of her making that call nor any record of her patient information. The staff she spoke to claimed they didn't know who she might have talked to over the phone. After agreeing to let her see another doctor in the same office she waited for 2 hours in one of their waiting rooms and still has yet to see this other doctor, even though he was there seeing other patients. Now she's lost most of her work day having shifted her schedule to fit this Dr's appointment in.

If you are in the savannah area and are military do not use her.Tricare has her listed as seeing new patients but she is not seeing them for months after you request trhu tricare to see her. I was recently ill and tried to get appt but cause i was new had never been since she was not seeing new patients till AUG! They told me go to Urgent One and then from there i had to file the paper work from urgent one with DR Campbell. From there they told me i had to make an appt to establish myself as a patient before they will file the paper work with tricare! but did NOT tell me this before they SENT me there!AGGG! ERRRR!They called my cellphone instead of calling the house number, to tell me this and when i tried to explain it all to them what had happened and told them in the future that that needs to be said to the new patient she just kept repeating her self.
