Dr. Diego Fernando Guerrero, MD

This is the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. After cancelling my appointment 3 times for a temporary spinal cord stimulator I final went to get it out in, big mistake. Procedure supposed to take 30 to 40 minutes. After an hour he was nearwhere near close to Dunn seem like you he could not get it in and he had no idea what he was doing yet it was all my fault. He was dealing with the right side of my back when All of a sudden I had a sharp shooting pain down my left leg all the way to the tip of my toe that was so severe where is fit pain I’ve ever felt it so I cried out in pain in my leg jumped off the table nothing I did. Yeah you gotta stay still I said I didn’t do that you did. He started yelling everybody and stuffed the procedure I really feel like he did that on purpose cause he couldn’t get the cord in and had no idea what he was doing after I went in there went through all kinds of pain I V an hour of painful surgery that was supposed to be 30 minutes that… I came home with severe pain he never did put the spinal chord stimulator in then I get a call from his office telling me he wants to follow up in 30 days like i would ever go back to this doctor. Total of five months I saw him to get this put in and that he never did do it I feel like he canceled the prior three appointments ‘ cause he didn’t wanna do it said just telling me that and now I’m here laying in bed in pain went through all this and he never did finish the procedure but it was my fault .

I did not consider him smart enough to even let him tream me

I have been a patient there for many years and have never met a less caring DR. he is rude hateful has threatened me several times holding my meds for ransom. I would not bring any one you cared about to him. Find a Dr whom at least has a shred of humanity. Even his staff does not like him but are intimidated by him and work in fear of there jobs if they speak up I know this because I have been there over 30 times and have had several talks with them. Please find a good caring Dr save your self...

My husband and I went to see Dr Guerrero regarding my husband’s cancer pain. Generally, when a person goes into a dr office, when the dr enters, he says something like, “What brings you here today?” However, when Dr Guerrero entered, he clearly already knew what brought us to his office, and already had a plan to help. Both my husband and I were so surprised to hear Dr Guerrero lay out his plan of action to help my husband, all the while being cautious regarding my husbands condition and age. In this way, Dr. Guerrero was very perceptive to my husband’s needs and problems—- he wasn’t going to throw medication at my husband, but had a clear and thoughtful plan that was thoroughly explained. We went in hoping for SOMETHING to help, and we left with a clear and well thought out plan of action. We are so impressed with Dr Guerrero! As my husband’s caretaker, I feel like such a load has been removed from my shoulders and I am so very grateful to this fine practitioner.

I am writing this review for my 89 year old grandmother who suffers from severe pain from rhumatiod arthritis. He gave her pain meds, and told her that if she was still in pain after taking them , she should NOT return to his office. Too bad I can’t give him a zero.

He was great to talk with and he listened, then he gives you suggestions for your best course of action.

Extremely happy with Dr Guerrero and his staff. I travel over hour to Celebrations but it is definitely worth the trip. I have complete confidence in his treatment.
