Staff needs to communicate better with patients about cancelation policy fees. Clerk was disrespectful and hung up on me. Rules of customer service #1 Customer is always right #2 See rule #1 I am more than sure the Dr. Menchaca would have preferred to service the patient rather than to loose out on the insurance money. At the end the patients are the ones that are ill and cover the salary of the "clerk".

El Dr. Menchaca es buen Dr parte de la consulta se la pasa diciendo chistes pero las del front desk Carmen es una persona grosera y mal ecarada. Es por eso que mi familia dejo de ir. Carmen y la que te pesa Marina también es muy grosera e igualada. La asistente de Dr. Margo es excelente lástima de personal que tienen ahí deberían de cambiar de ese personal ya que no vale la pena perder por esas personas antiprofesionales pacientes y reputacion.

Dr. Menchaca has been my primary physician for about two years now. I've never had any problems with him personally. Yes, he does have a heavy patient load, but does have a nurse practioner in his office as well. He is a caring doctor, and gets to the root of your condition. He's not the type to take guesses at what "you might have." I highly recommend him to everybody.
