Dr. Diem Khue Nguyen, MD

Approachable. Kind. Know's how to do an examination, gently.

This review is in regard to Dr. Nguyen's staff. I made an appt. in the Monroeville office, and called the day of the appt. to see what office I made the appt. in because I forgot. I was going to change it, because I was working. After she told me I couldn't get an appt. until Feb. I told her I would keep my existing appt. She said someone took it, and I couldn't have it anymore. We were on the phone for less than 2 minutes, so I do not believe her. Furthermore, she should have called the office to see if my appt. was available at the very least. I am beyond disappointed with the way she handled my situation. I, unfortunately will be looking for a new Dr. I am not waiting 2 1/2 months for a Dr's appt! What poor customer service...and I use that word loosely. I also want to add, she wasn't very pleasant to deal with either. What ashame, because Dr. Nguyen is a great Dr., but now with one less patient.

I am THRILLED to have found Dr. Diem Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen has a bedside manner second to none, in my opinion, and I have spent more than my fair share of time around doctors, so I consider myself an expert in that regard. She was with me in the examining room for a very long time and was incredibly thorough. I feel so blessed to have this top notch professional in my corner.

She did our labor and was simply amazing!!!
