Dr. Dilip Reddy Sathambakam, MD

My first appointment with Dr. Sathambakam was oddly a complete physical exam. The robe was difficult to put on, so Dr. S helped me, took a great deal of time in doing so, during which he caresses his finger inbetween my buttocks. Afterwards, he showed little concern for my medical conditions, refused to write more than half the dose for my pain medicines, and spoke condescendingly to me on multiple occasions. I will continue to see Dr. Sathambakam until I can figure out if there is another physician somewhere who can take my insurance and my complex medical conditions seriously.

I have seen Dr. Sathambakam for over 5 years and am very impressed and pleased. I had serious disease go undiagnosed for almost 50 years. The minute I hinted at some past problems he immediately had the right tests and referrals ready and I was fully cured a year later. He does listen and always suggests a plan or a treatment to deal with problems. Much better than my previous PCP who saw patients as a side thing rather than a primary occupation. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a PCP.

Wasn't impressed. Left not really knowing what to do about my condition. He was in a rush and somewhat condescending. Won't go back to him.
