I was a new patient. Waited 1 1/2 hr. He had 20 patients waiting on waiting room/ no AC and the receptionist never call to confirm appointment. The receptionist was doing front and back job. The office was really duty...rooms are duty...Once Dr. Patel took a look at me "He said why your here" . I have all my previous records. He took a quick look and got his gloves and pull out the drawer the tools to exam me. I really don't think he disinfected the tools that he used on me. Overall Doctor took with me 5 minute and then he said you Hernia. You need to call your primary doctor and tell him you have Hernia. Horrible experience. Hopefully I will never go back to him.

Went to Dr. Patel for the first time waited 1 1/2. Office dirty office no AC. Had 20 people outside and inside the office. No one call me to confirm appointment. He too 5 minutes with me and I don't think he disinfected the tools. Then I showed him all my medical records and he took 1 minute and then he said you have Hernia. Call your primary doctor and let him know. Horribly service. I asked the receptionist to give me his business card and she gave me a copy. Doctor does not have professional business card. The receptionist was doing front and back job. Really horrible experience. Hopefully I will never visit this office.
