Dr. Sirakov and his staff are amazing. I have been going there for years and couldn't imagine ever changing doctors. When Dr. Sirakov is out of the office, I have been seen by Dr. Nanavati who is also excellent. I recommend any of the doctors at Riverside Medical Group; however, in my opinion, Dr. Sirakov is the best!

His nurse is terrible. She gets all messages and seems to ignore them. The office has an online patient portal, don't bother, they don't read it. Been trying to get a prescription taken care of for 28 days now. Phone calls letters, no response. Who needs this kind of care?

I am very happy with dr sirakov, his bedside manner is very pleasant & he listens with concern to my problems. However, his office procedure is terrible in trying to have prescriptions refilled. . I have to leave a msg most timed for prescriptions & im told they will call me back. Do not know if the prescription has been filled & I have to keep calling the pharmacy to see if its been called in yet. I find it frustrating. Also referrals take forever. Better call 2 wks ahead if you need one. I dont like the whole answering system, seems like when I call I always have to wait for a call back, which seems to take a long time

I switched to Dr. Sirakov after never getting to see my previous primary. I always had to see another Dr., that's why I made the change, and what a good move it was. Dr. Sirakov is very professional and has a great bed side manner, spends all the time you want and explains things very well, has a great sense of humor,and is always smiling. Every time I leave his office it's always with a smile on my face.

I have been a longtime patient of the Riverside Medical Group .When my primary care doctor retired Dr. Sirakov became my primary care doctor. He is very cordial,thorough,and I am extremely happy that the transition went smoothly.
