Dr. Dimple Agarwal, MD

Dr. Agarwal does not listen, does not document, and is unaware of patients' history even after being informed. She was rude and dismissive. Calls are never returned from office.

My first appointment was a WellCare visit and she made me feel like I was wasting her time. I thought maybe she’s having a bad day. Next appointment she asked me why I was there? It was like she was looking at her laptop and did not know who I was. Then there was the wait time my appointment was at 10:20 got to exam room 11:40 my results were on another laptop so I waited in exam room for another 30 minutes and was told everything was ok. I left at 12:40. The dr then sent 2 prescriptions -one that was totally wrong so I refused it -and the prescription I was supposed to get for 30 days to see if it works I received enough for just 7 days??

I couldn't be happier on my first visit. I found her to be attentive, intelligent, informative, and caring. I've been searching for this Dr for 5 years. Thank you Dr Agarwal!

I didn’t like this office one bit she says I didn’t have diabetes when I’ve been a diabetic for 10 years ! I needed surgery but instead she decided to go on vacation and when she came back they called saying they wanted to schedule surgery when it had already happened but another doctor cause I got hospitalized they don’t care about their patients one bit ! Don’t recommend this doctor to no one

I don’t know why people rate such bad reviews about Dr. Agarwal. She has been my doctor for the past 2 years. She knows what she is doing. She has been very helpful. The staff is very friendly. Mohammed, Katrina, and Sandy. Very recommended

I have been a patient of Dr. Agarwal's for almost 3 years. I have never had a problem with her being negative towards me, even when she is direct. I cant take it. I am over weight and have multiple health issues. She told be straight out I was obese, and needed to lose the weight. Once I would do that everything else will start getting better. In the past I have had doctors tell me to loose weight, loose weight loose weight but never educated me on the positive side of it. Dr Agarwal did. She was\is very down to earth and direct with me. Things I didn't expect nor wanted to hear she told me and it made me respect her for it. The wait time in the office now has gotten so much better this past year. Katrina and Mohamad have been a great add on to the team as well!

The young ladies on Dr. Argarwal's staff are the rudest office personnel I've ever encountered, but my biggest complaint is that they send erroneous billing fishing for someone who will think they owe money & pay the falsified billing. When I've called the office to complain about errant bills they tell me to just ignore them, but I'm afraid that people will fall for the erroneous billing ploy & pay them un-owed money.

I found this doctor's office staff impossible to deal with. Calls were never returned. I got the impression that no one there knew what was up and what was down.

Dr. Argarwal treated my wife like dirt. My wife just found out she had a lymphoma that had metastisized at the hosp. All she was concerned about was that she got a morphine shot when she was there. She couldn't have cared less about her feelings or her health. She had the wrong blood test results, and never tried to get any of my wife's medical records; Then she treated me completely differently at my appt..right after her appt. Wierd. She was obviously disturbed that my wife is in a wheelchair and needs a large certified service dog to pull her chair and help her stand and keep balance. She could not hide her disdain. She should retire. Her staff is rude and incompetent. Go anywhere but to her.

I have seen some bad Doctors since I moved here from Northern CA, but she is one of the worst. In two visits she spent less than 7 mins. with me. I have multiple life-threatening diseases. The last time she had the wrong results for my labs. I researched this and know it to be true. She argues, is uncaring, doesn't examine you if she can help it, makes you wait for hours in her "waiting room." She is unbelievably arrogant to her patients. She hates service dogs. , and makes it clear to you. There is no room, and you have to wait outside for hours for your "assigned" appt. She neglects to get your medical records. She never asks how you are, how you feel, or what problems you are having. The rooms do not meet ADA requirements. I had to sit in a room with the door open because there was no room for my service dog and wheelchair. It was humiliating;. When my husband went in, she treated him completely differently. For no reason. She should get out of the medical business and maybe become… a used car saleswoman. Her staff is rude, do not relay messages, interrupt you when you are trying to explain things. The bathroom was/is filthy. The patients have to wait outside because she overbooks and there is no room to sit in her office and no room for people in wheelchairs. I can't say anything good about this person.
