Dr. Dina B White, MD

Stay away. Doctor is ok but not proactive. My friend is Dr. White's patient. My friend is very ill and terrible things could happen under this dr's watch. Her staff is shockingly rude and negligent. Have helped my friend find a new dr. This office needs a visit from the state.

Dr. White is a good doctor, no question. The issue is her staff. You can leave message upon message and never receive a callback. You can send messages through their portal, Healow, and never receive a response. Recently they sent in a prior authorization form that was denied because they listed the WRONG medication. Unless you pay an exorbitant amount for "concierge service" you are not going to get the attention you deserve from Dr. White's office.

Have been a patient of Dina White's for several years. She is a good doctor, but her office help is awful. I have stayed because she is a good doctor. Recently I have called 4 times over a weeks span to get test results and are consistently told that the doctor needs to review and will call you by at the end of the day. A week later and no call back. This is not acceptable for a medical professional. If you are concerned about your health and expect information, do not risk going to this facility.

doctor White refused to treat my wife who was in EXCRUCIATING pain and told her to come back in 2 days, she didn't have the time. Don't doctors vow to "do no harm"?

Dr. White has been my doc to more than 10 years... knows me, knows about thyroid and hormones!

I have been going to her for 12 years! My mom, sister, and best friend are patients of hers as well. She is so attentive and really listens to your concerns. You sometimes have to wait awhile until she sees you but it's only because she gives each of her patients 110%. She's great!

Dr. White is an excellent doctor.

Medically incompetent.

I would never recommend dr white to anyone. I had to have a scan and was sent to a facility that had only one bathroom for a roomful of patients many of whom had drank barium not a good idea. The other thing is she was not clear on what I was to do in my situation I called back explained everything to a lady that took the time to listen, she then called me back and I thought all was on the right track Today I received a call from the older white haired RUDE nurse telling me all of that conversation had never taken place. Please if you are looking for a dr take the time to read reviews it would have saved me a lot of wasted time and anguish
