Dr. Dinesh Raju, MD

Today I spent about an hour with Dr. Raju as he administered a procedure. This is my second meeting with him. He has an *outstanding* demeanor with both patients and staff. He is obviously knowledgeable, and moved efficiently through tests without giving me the sense that he is rushing me. He explains all the symptoms and consequences of what he finds. He takes time to listen to me, and to consider what I am saying, not just what the tests are saying. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone in need of a neurologist.

They lack cultural competency. They are unprofessional, rude, condescending, unorganized, and so forth. They will lie, and make you pay insurance dues, even though, you are not seeing the doctor you requested to see. Rhonda "the Boss" as she referred herself, is the rudest and most condescending person you will ever talk to. If you have a neuro problem, do not go there! Find someone else who will be willing to talk with you and assess your concerns, look at the diagnostic test that you have done before and help you find the cause of your symptoms. RUN PLEASE! cancel your appt.

The clinical visit that I had was great, the healthcare professional took time to listen to me and thoroughly explained what was needed. However, it has been nearly 2 months since my sleep study was done, and I still have yet to receive any information about the results, or a treatment plan. Communication with the office is very challenging--there is no direct way to speak to the office by phone, you can only leave a message. They don't always call back. I have to call my insurance company, the CPAP provider, and the referring doctor to get helpful information.

I have seen many specialist and have been prescribed so many different medications. A friend recommended Dr. Raju. I’ve been coming for over a year, and I have never had any issues. Office staff and nurses are always nice and smiling. My old Neurologist was scheduling out 4 months. Here was 1 month. It is a busy office, so I bring a book just in case if there is a wait. I highly recommend this office.

My husband and I were very imprrssed with how thorough and patient Dr Raju was with us. My husband has bone spurs in the neck and Dr Raju explained everything to us in a kind an understanding manner.

I’ve been coming for almost 2 years. Dr. Raju and Lora the NP has taken great care of me. After 8 years of migraines, I barely have flare ups now. Jenny and the nurses are always nice and helpful. It’s upsetting to see how rude people can be to them. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. I highly recommend this office.

The front desk lady called Jenny didn’t mention while taking insurance or while filling form but while paying copay she told dr. Raju is busy so we will see other Doctor. I explained her that I took appointment for raju waited for more than a month but she is saying he is busy now and he is not available for visit. Really frustrated with her.

I have never met the doctor only the PA and she was ok besides horrible wait time but customer service is just not their strong area. Jenny the so called receptionist for Dr Dinesh Raju has no idea what customer service is & was just as rude this time as she was on my first visit. She wants you to keep paying astronamical amounts in office & waits to verify insurance until you arrive versus verifying your insurance prior to your appointment like most well run offices do. This in turn makes your appointment wait time longer than necessary. The receptionist even tries to talk down on you as if you can't afford payment & threatens to reschedule you when you ask about insurance verification process & appointment being delayed. She did this to myself twice & another patient today & even looked surprised when the other lady agreed to pay $250. Please stop assuming people are beneath you. Don't judge a person by how they are dressed. Nobody dresses up for a doc appt. This woman even had the… nerve to tell me that it's my responsibility to verify my insurance not hers. After paying you $250 each time, you should have a better attitude together. This woman who you assume is poor & uneducated might actually be someone very knowledgeable in the healthcare field. Throwing out guestimated payment due amounts versus true insurance copays is not ok. I chose not to patronize this office again but this will not be the end of this matter.

Staff and Dr. Raju are the best. Been going to him for a few years. Would recommend him to anyone.
