I was notified the day of my appointment that my appointment would be cancelled. My appointment was to get a clearance/physical prior to surgery. This appointment was time sensitive as I was to have to complete this aspect prior to my next appointment with my surgeon which was in two days. The office had previously provided incorrect information to me - I had asked if my Xray and EKG could be completed at the time of my appointment. It took them a day to answer this question and when the question was answered, I was told, yes, I could have the Xray and EKG done at the same time fo my appointment. I was called in the morning on the day of my appointment to be told that I could not have my appointment because I needed the Xray and EKG prior to the appointment. If I had known (and I had explicitly asked), I would have had those two tests done elsewhere prior to my appointment. After a very angry discussion, I was told that I could keep my appointment. I traveled to their office… location that was listed in every listing on the internet, only to find a note on the door that they had moved. There was no map to the new location. Their mistakes caused me a great deal of personal inconvenience and put in me in extremis with respect to completing all of the requirements for my upcoming surgery.
