Told me she was cutting her hours and I should start looking for another doctor. I guess I was too much for her to handle. One star is too much to give her.

Recent problem was dismissed. No return calls for 2 days when I asked for advice about my illness. I returned to a physician I had been seeing previously and was taken care of promptly. I only left that practice to see Dr. Patel because she was recommended and close by. I'm confused by all the 5 star ratings. She also seems either overwhelmed or overworked because at my last visit she forgot to tell her medical assistant I needed a vaccine and forgot to put an order in for a dietician she recommended. I had a mammogram and dexascan about 3 weeks ago and neither she or her medical assistant called to give me the results. I think her practice is closed so don't bother trying to see her. For the best anyway.

Dr. Dipti Patel MD My Dad went to her often, she did not remember anything about him. How could she not know 1 single thing about him? Cut a basal cell carcinoma on his face 2 Xs!! He couldn't even talk. Went to Dr. Bottilione and he cut it ALL out. She would not prescribe meds for dementia. Whose money was she trying to save? The worst!

A refreshing attitude is prominent in the office: helpful, cheerful, courteous, even when one can see they're busy but don't mind the interruption.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Patel. She is extremely capable and very caring. She always takes the time to truly talk with her patients and explain all aspects of diagnosis and treatment. She is truly a gem and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Patel is the most competent internist both my husband and I have used since moving to Arizona in 2004. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very sincere. Once she even called our home to check on an issue with my husband. We are pleased to have her as our doctor.
