Wait is way to long. Visit and write up is not informative and useless. Not worth the time or money. Looking for someone who knows his work and cares about it.

Too "busy" to spend time with you, answer your questions, or explain test results. He was kind of rude and disrespectful. Considering filing a formal complaint. Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Your health is too important! Would only give 1/2 a star if possible

My husband (deceased) and I only wanted Dr. Dugan to do our surgeries. He replaced my husband's hip which turned out perfect. He also replaced both my knees on the same day and it went perfect. I was walking that night and had no pain. If I had had one knee replaced, I could not have told you which one.

I think he is the most arrogant person I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. He treated me very very bad, my opinion was that he was just down right rude and judgemental. I will travel to Syracuse to see someone instead of this person. When I went years ago, I went for a knee injury and he came in, told me to take Tylenol. Very very rude!
