During my time there, I observed practices that raised major red flags regarding patient safety and medical oversight. Expired medications — including GLP-1 compounds were kept on hand and, at times, administered to patients. Oversight of sterile technique was minimal; pellet procedures were performed without proper infection-control measures, leading to multiple infections and at least one hospitalization. Prescription medications were often delayed for days or weeks, and basic verification of staff credentials or HIPAA compliance was not performed.
