Compassionate, explains everything clearly and excellent diagnostician.

He is the worst doctor I've ever seen. He gives diagnosis without examinations. He told my mom that the pain in her back were muscles spasms without looking at her back. Turns out....she had the shingles....something the doctor would have known if he actually looked at her back. Simply unbelievable. If you want to remain healthy NEVER see this doctor!!! I have learned about other incorrect medical determinations that the doctor made on other patients as well.

The doctor is professional specialist, attentive and polite peron.

Felt unwelcome. Stuff was rude. Doctor said he doesnt know thow to help me. Very umprofessional and ignorant.

Dr. Ratsenberg is patient and compassionate not to mention very knowledgeable in his field. He easy to talk to, spends ample amounts of time with patients even when his office is busy, he calls to follow up on blood tests and goes out of his way to help when insurance issues come up. On the downside, he runs a very busy office. There's usually two staff members in reception and sometimes that's not enough. Overall he's a pleasure to work with. I wish other doctors would be more like him.

If i could i would have given them 0 stars .Absolutely horrible doctor and his staff ,including laboratory technician with heavy russian accent ( she still thinks that she works in a public hospital back in soviet union ) very rude and unprofessional .You guys have to understand that there are tons of medical offices in brookly and your attitude only hurts your business The blood work that i needed turned out to be not a common blood work that they do on daily basis and instead of explaining that they dont do it they start yelling at me and acusing me that i dont know what i am asking for .After 25 minutes of this nonsense i left the place and will never ever be coming back .STAY AWAY from this place

If you need some paper done this Dr. is for you! Really on yourself to make your own diagnoses and ask for medications. He just there to ask you what you need. Only the front desk and the nurse are very pleasant.

5 star rating....... One of the best young internists in Brooklyn. He is compassionate, patient and a great diagnostition. What more can you ask for? There are so few doctors like the old dedicated ones we knew years ago. Dr. Ratsenberg has restored my faith in the medical pracitce. He is indeed like the doctors we knew and respected. In addition, he has the advanced knowledge and technology not available years ago.
