I wish all medical professionals were like Dr Karayev. He asks the right questions, spends real time with you and refers you to other specialists that are top in current research. He thinks outside the box. Every appointment is about an hour and a half! I don’t feel like a number or a payback.

Dr. Karayev has been my savior. After 5 years of living with unrelenting pain I found Dr. Karayev. He was the most compassionate and thorough doctor I had seen to date. He diagnosed my problem and within 1 day of taking new medication I felt relief. I woke up for the first time in 5 years with no pain...NO PAIN. Until you have lived with it you have no idea what that's like. He did seem to know and I thank God every day for Dr. Karayev.

A rare doctor and brilliant diagnostician . His caring and follow through is unsurpassed. He is without question the finest doctor I have ever been to and I highly recommend him.
