Initially she seemed fine. However, she falls short in willingness to order a test to get a diagnosis In a timely fashion to alleviate pain. Also incorrect medical records. Suggest you get the visit summary from each visit to check accuracy of records.

I needed to diagnose in 2013 pain in my knee. Xray she did showed no reason. I asked for MRI, she refused. Wanted me to see orthopedic doctor. So I would have to make an appt. To see one. God knows how long that would be? She refused to diagnose with a more precise test. Or perhaps since she is affiliated with Memorial Hermann expected me to go to ER at Memorial Hermann and pay for ER room so Memorial Hermann Makes more money at my expense. Anyway she got me kicked out if the practice. Now, according to Peggy, the Administrator at Sumnercreek Memorial Hermann all 3-4 other doctors who I have never met refused to see me. I tape recorded Peggy's conversation today and I will say she double talked. Also I asked if they corrected my medical records as she said I had asked for them in 2013 and noted inaccuracies. She did not know? She did say all the other doctors would not see me whom I have never met. I see the issue as a negligent doctor refusing to admit she did not diagnose a very… painful meniscous tear!! Terrible practice.

She was very friendly and caring. She put my son at ease and calmed my concerns. She has five kids and could relate to my questions and fears firsthand. Its really great having a doctor who understands.

Dr. Do is a great doctor and very easy to talk to, spends as much time with you as needed but it is extremely hard to make an appointment with her as she is very popular and her appointments are weeks out. You can see one of her associates sooner but if specifically want her then you will have to wait.

I saw Dr.Bowel, great doctors here. Whoever does the scheduling does not know how to do their job. I waited an hour that is unacceptable
