Dr. Dolores Kathleen Lowe, MD

The staff was very accommodating with my severe hearing loss and as soon as I told them I am hard of hearing, they knew to face me when they speak, speak more slowly, clearly and loudly. Meeting Dr. Lowe was a pleasant surprise. She spent all the time with me that was needed without rushing. She really listened and offered helpful advice on a very human level. There was instant rapport. She was very observant and noticed things I didn't even know to tell her about and again had suggestions for things I could do to help myself. She is truly a very caring person and insightful. I am so happy to have her as my PCP. I'm not sure I care for JSA Medical and there requirements and protocols, but I've only had one visit, so time will tell. I've only had one visit, but have no reason to think future visits will be any less satisfying.

I will never change doctors again! My husband and myself are very lucky to have her as our physician. She really cares and is very comfortable to spend as much time with her as you need. Her assistants are all very nice also.

The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She made as feel as if we were not welcome, Dr. Lowe was on her way out and was not really concerned with what we had to say and when I told her that the receptionist was rude to us when we came in. She brushed us off with a sarcastic answer and left. The one saving grace in that office is the medical assistant that attended to us. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional named C.J. I hope this was not a reflection on how Dr. Lowe and her receptionist treat the elderly. You can have a lot of education but manners go a long way.

Dr. Lowe is wonderful! I have been seeing her for years. She is caring, personable and very knowledgeable. I have several conditions and she is always on top of all of them. Her office staff is great! They all know me by name and keep on top of upcoming appointments that I have, even with other doctors. I highly recommend her. She has gone over and beyond taking care of my health, both physically and mentally.

Dr Lowe is probably the most caring physician I have ever encountered. She is very professional yet easy going, easy to talk to and understanding. Refers when needed and follows up explaining things so that you can understand. Also a great staff. I would recommend Dr Lowe to anyone!
