Dr. Dolores Anne Policicchio, MD

Umm no stars and do not go her. I have to say, My mom had an appointment at 1115am and was never seen. She was called in to a room at 1115am and was there till 1pm. She came out of the office a few times to ask the nurse/ staff if the doctor was available yet and the staff stated she’s is was a patient and will see you shortly. Well that shortly never came and by then it was 1pm. My mom then came out of the room and ask the staff again that she is still waiting for the doctor and the staff was also surprised she was not see yet. At this point my mom had other plans and told the staff that she was leaving. The staff then said you can make another appointment for another day. All I can say is my mom did not make another appointment and is now with a new PCP. NOTE: this is her PCP and she the doctor has never really even did an evaluation on her, my mom. So previous visits with this doctor only last like 5-10 minutes for referrals.

She’s a very caring and compassionate doctor. You’re in good hands with this women.

Waited exactly one hour in the patient room, she didn't even show up. So I got up and left. She's incredibly unprofessional.

Wonderful Doctor - Hate to leave her becasue my insurance changed....

IN THE WORLD OF HAVING TO CHANGE MED INSURANCE THESE DAYS...I AM SO SAD TO HAVE TO LEAVE DR. P'S PRACTICE (EVEN IF SHE IS A 49ER FAN!) WHAT A WONDERFUL DR, SHE IS CARING & LISTENS! WHAT A CONCEPT! I WILL TRULY MISS HER..SIGN UP W/SUTTER & I'M COMING BACK!!
