Dr Izzo made a series of serious errors in the course of what should have been a simple cataract surgery. He wouldn't listen & kept denying anything was wrong, even accused me of being ungrateful for his wonderful work. I did my own research, the surgical errors ultimately correctly diagnosed by another doctor. It required 3 complicated surgeries to repair, and I will likely never have full vision again. Though that's better than what would have happened if I had continued to listen to him & believe everything was fine, in which case I likely would have gone blind in that eye. There are so many good eye surgeons, he is not among them. Please, find a different doctor to do your surgery.

Dr. Izzo has given me the opportunity to see without glasses for the first time since I was twelve years old, nearly six decades ago. Dr.Izzo made my cataract procedures comfortable and his bed-side manner has been top notch! I will be certain to recommend him to friends and acquaintances.

Dr. Izzo made my cataract procedure comfortable and his bed-side manner has been top notch! He has given me the opportunity to see without glasses for the first time since I was twelve years old, nearly six decades ago. I will be certain to recommend him to friends and acquaintances!!

Only seen Dr Izzo twice 1st appt and last not sure if he even did the surgery average wait time 1 hr 15 min my eye sight actually got worse lost peripheral vision

Dr. Izzo is a very dedicated physician in the field of Opthalmology; he gives you a very thorough examination and will discover immediately what he can do to make life easier for you. He performs Cataract surgery with ease and he makes you feel comfortable during surgery and his Nurses have a wonderful bedside manner and are also very caring. I would recommend Dr. Izzo to everyone seeking eye care.
