He makes house calls, in my case, a necessity! It’s hard to find doctors who do that anymore.

Dr. Palagruto has been my primary physician since he started practice in Boiling Spring Lakes. His knowledge and professionalism is beyond reproach. His primary interest is always on the patient and he will spend whatever time is required to seek a solution to my problem.

After almost 3 years with Dr. Palagruto, I'm very satisfied, and impressed with his competence. He's a very patient man, and really seems to listen to what you have to say.

I've been with this practice for over 12 years. Dr. Palagruto is by far the best doctor I have ever dealt with and he truly cares about his patients. When my daughter was a baby and I took her every other day because she sneezed or coughed or fell he never ever made me feel ashamed or belittled me for being overly cautious with her. He's the best there is.
