Very pleasant and kind. I have been his patient for the last few months after multiple fractures in my pelvis. In my experience I have not waited a really long time to be seen.

I arrived at my appointment on time. There were a lot of people ahead of me waiting. After waiting a long time-I was called in. Both of staff with very pleasant. The doctors assistant & Dr. Kleinhenz answered most of my questions to help me to develop a treatment plan. They were very helpful in spite of a wait to be seen.

As always, Dr. Kleinhenz was friendly, professional and listened to my issues and provided some useful thoughts and suggestions to resolve my mobility issues. I have complete confidence in his abilities as a spine surgeon. Pre surgery and post surgery he has always been there for me.
