Summary
Dr. Wenzell grew up working on a small apple farm in Oregon with his three brothers and two sisters. As a child, Dr. Wenzell and his twin brother Dan talked about both becoming doctors. Dan is now an anesthesiologist in the Seattle area and a frequent visitor to this great state. After graduating from Oregon State University with dual degrees in General Science and Political Science, Dr. Wenzell went on to graduate from Oregon Health and Sciences University in 2003 with a DMD in dentistry. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Wenzell realized his life dream of moving to Alaska. After practicing in the Aleutian Islands and several years on the Kenai Peninsula Dr. Wenzell moved to Anchorage and bought Turnagain Dental Office. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time fishing, skiing, hiking, and biking.
