Wonderful doctor. Worth waiting. I get Botox and Restylane and he explains what to expect and how many units I need to see expected results.

I believe that when I made the appointment I was misinformed on the insurance the office accepts. As a result, I waited a month for a condition to be evaluated which is now still unevaluated. In addition, I believe that the office staff member with whom I spoke on the day of the appointment demonstrated a low patient service orientation. I have worked in a major health care institution in which ensuring a positive patient experience was expected through empathy and positive problem solving. Neither quality was demonstrated by the person with whom I spoke.

The doctor was very professional and the office was super clean during these Covid times made me and my wife feel very comfortable thank you once again.

I have visited this doctor four times and each time waited over an hour (often almost 1.5-2 hours). There is never an excuse or apology. The inconvenience to the patients waiting is brusquely ignored by the staff. To parents taking their child to this doctor (who is an adult AND pediatric dermatologist) - beware! Imagine waiting with your newborn (or, in my case, now toddler) in a cramped waiting room with 7 other people. A doctor should never consistently have that long of a wait, particularly for children. The cherry on this? On my last visit, a member of the office staff walked through the waiting room without wearing a mask. And on today's visiting, a patient sat in the fully packed waiting room with NO mask at all.

Dr. Ligresti has a kind and caring manner. He listens to his patients, and explains any diagnosis that he makes. A fine doctor.

Dr. Ligresti was extremely helpful in diagnosing my problem. He listened to my concerns and prescribed the right treatment. He’s a great dermatologist. His office is professional and friendly, as is he.

Dr. Ligresti and his staff are very accomondating and friendly.Recently Dr.Ligresti has helped me with a pribkem that no other doctor was able to diagnos.I'm so grateful to him for resolving this issue.He's a lifesaver.
