She told my depressed 18 yr old daughter she would not renew her prescription for zoloft because she didn't want her to become dependent on it. You would have thought my daughter asked for vicodin! It's zoloft and it's for depression and my daughter suffered because of this doctor's ignorance. Dr. Isaac, had my daughter hurt herself after this I would have made sure you never practiced medicine again!

Our old GP retired, so I made appts for both my husband and myself to see this physician at Austin Regional Clinic. Big mistake. My husband's appt was rescheduled day-of, and when I showed up for my 9am appt, was told that the Dr. was already running 45 minutes behind schedule. Um, WHAT? I had only scheduled an hour off work to handle my annual physical, so that wasn't going to work. When asked why no one had called me to inform me of this, the staff said, basically "we don't do that." It's very clear that Dr. Isaac is either really bad at time management or just places no value or respect on her clients time. Either way, we will not be returning.

Dr. Isaac is awesome! She has a great bedside manner, is kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. She puts me at ease during each visit and her nurse is great too. I highly recommend her.

Dr Isaac is very friendly, kind and understanding. She makes you feel comfortable right away, spends time addressing your concerns and is very professional, with a great bedside manner.

Dr. Isaac is knowledgeable, caring, and is not afraid to say I am not sure, but I will find out. She saved my life and I am gratefull for it. Her persistance and knowledge are great assets, but her kind heart and spirit are her greatest gifts.
