Don Kovoor Mathew, MD

Dr. Don Mathew is a neurologist with 18 years of experience treating conditions affecting the brain and nervous system. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies and completed his residency at NYU Langone Medical Center in 2010. Dr. Mathew furthered his training with a fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University, finishing in 2014. He provides care in English for his patients.

Dr. Mathew practices with Covenant Health System at Janet Weis Children's Hospital in Danville, Pennsylvania. He specializes in treating epilepsy and seizure disorders, including focal seizures that affect specific areas of the brain. Dr. Mathew also cares for patients experiencing altered levels of consciousness and performs electroencephalograms to monitor brain activity and diagnose neurological conditions.
