PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I went in for dry scalp & he insisted that I was going to go bald & that my chief complaint was hair loss? I didn’t think so but I reluctantly agreed to start to take rogain like he instructed .. FAST FORWARD 3 weeks later I began to lose CHUNKS of hair!!! I am a model in my early 30’s!! Why get me to start a chemical that’ll make me shed almost all my hair? To be dependent on it for the rest of my life? Now I’m waiting to see if my hair will grow back! If it doesn’t, he got what he wanted - PERMANENT HAIR LOSS $$$$$

My name is Mary Carol Boring I have been a patient of Dr. Don Shalhub MD for 10 years. Dr. Shalhub has treated me for 11 skin cancers Two of the skin cancers resulted in surgery. The first surgery for a skin located on my ear. The surgery was exceedingly successful. All cancer cells removed and no scaring of the ear. The second surgery was a bit more complicated because it was located on my lower lip. Again, the surgery was successful. Follow up after surgery indicated no remaining cancer cells and absolutely to scaring of the lower lip One would never know there was a surgery performed. Went to make an appointment and the secretary told me that the Dr. no long treats people with my condition. When I told her I wanted to make an appointment with him regardless for another procedure, she told me to go to the same place I would treat my other condition. Really? UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!! Regardless of someone having two separate conditions, one he can treat and one he chooses not to treat, you should seriously consider not turning people away. Bad Customer service...….

Dr Shalhub has been my dermatologist for 30 years . Absolutely the best.

I would not reccomend going to Dr. Shalub for treatment of acne. I went to him and he suggested I do a laser treatment with which I at first excitedly complied. After a few treatments though I saw very little results of which he told me to be patient and to keep paying for treatments. A disgruntled anonymous person in the staff then told me he tends to drag these treatments out, for the obvious reason of making more money. Please heed my warning and go to a different dermatologist if you have acne, as you could end up spending hundreds of dollars in vain.
