Dr Stovall is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who specializes in the treatment of neck and back disorders and Spinal Surgery. He performed a Spine Fellowship at the Leatherman Spine Institute in Louisville Kentucky and has been practicing at Lowcountry Orthopaedics for fifteen years. He has experience treating conditions including degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, scoliosis and spinal deformities. He performs minimally invasive spinal procedures, artificial disc replacement, and spinal reconstruction. As a part of the Spine Specialists at Lowcountry Orthopaedics he works with a team to create a treatment program for patients that involves all aspects of spinal care. This includes medical management, physical therapy, bracing, non-surgical procedures, pain management and spine surgery. Pain free after 10 years I had pain in my neck and awful headaches for about ten years, getting worse each year. I tried everything short of surgery. Dr Stovall performed a disc replacement in my neck, and the relief was instant after the surgery. I am doing things that I have not in years!

Thank you to Dr. Stovall and his amazing staff for their wonderful care, time, and concern for me before, during, and after my back surgery. It feels so good to be able to stand up straight and be able to walk again with no pain.

Dr.Don Stoval is an awesome doctor. I went to see him today about upcoming surgery on two discs. I went in totally scared. He took the time I needed to answer all my questions and eased my fears greatly. I would recommend Dr. Stoval highly to anyone needing any kind of spine surgery or anything else he does!!!

Dr.Stovall has the best bed side manner & truly listens to your problem. Explain into details all that was to be done during my surgery. You can’t find a more professional doctor as him. Had surgery in my neck for my C4,C5 & C6. I’m not having NO problems what so ever. Big shout out to the staff!! Dr.Stovall & his staff are the whole package wrapped up in to one! Thank you.

Dr Stovall performed an operation for spinal stenosis on my back. I was suffering for several years before that. I am now pain free and active again. So thankful for the care from his team at Lowcountry Orthopaedics.
