This dentist is in it for the money. Seems like a very nice fellow on the surface, but wants to perform unnecessary procedures, like replacing all dental work I've had done in my life, just to line his pockets. His (faulty, unless you are stupid) logic is that the work could "break down over time." Really? So could my furnace, but it works perfectly now, so I am not replacing it until I need it. His wife/receptionist is a condescending beeyatch.

The dentist himself is great! But his receptionist/wife is terrible. She's rude and unprofessional. She ruins the whole experience. Also, his hygienists are rough and not well-suited for children.

I have 2 children I have trusted with this facility for the past 2 yrs. Both had gone in for their 6 mo c/u at same appts. Therefore x-rays should be on same time frame.The offc mgr(dentist spouse) usually has an attitude with her employees. Shame on me should have been a signal go elsewhere before now. Both of my kids went in a couple of wks ago for their 6 mo c/u. I was told my son had a cavity & needed another appt. by the check out clerk. I questioned how if sealants had been applied, while also I brush his teeth. The asst went to speak with the dentist. Now, keeping in mind the dentist never came & spoke with me. Asst. said he wanted to bring him back in following week for sealants. When I returned I asked why putting on sealants over a cavity. I was told it was for his perm teeth that had come in & still needed filling. Offc Mgr got into a confrontation with an employee while my son & I were waiting for her to give us an appt. Now she has an attitude issue lecturing my son about… what or not he should be doing in her office. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my son so I held my comments. She said I couldn't get an appt until May. I didn't want to put this off any longer as from her records they knew about this particular tooth last Aug '11 never pointing out or discussing it with me prior. They didn't do any updated x-rays while my daughter went in same time & day & hers were completed. Now the mgr. is saying my son needs an pediatric dentist due to behavor. He doesn't have behavioral issues, honor roll child. I left insulted, frustrated, angry, & concerned. Now, that I have seen a pediatric dentist he has 2 cavities, silver tooth needs to be removed due to root is deteriorating & othodontal work due upper crooked perms pressuring lower gum line causing gum deterioration. Now it occurs to me I have never met or spoken to this dentist or ever left with any paperwork, dental plan or one been discussed. Summation:Never met Dentist, No dental plans or paperwork ever. Keep your children, family, & yourself away from this office with a bad attitude.
