The doctor calmly and patiently treated all my concerns seriously, gave me information and an examination, made some suggestions for tests and prescription and made arrangements at that moment for the follow up. Very satisfied.

Dr. Poulose is professional, has expertise in this field and also personable. I like her, she is trustworthy and honest about my condition and answers all my questions on options for medications. I really feel that she cares about my health.

I would not recommend Dr. Poulose to anyone. I couldn't even get in to get an appointment to be examined or diagnosed. I have been confirmed to have arthritis in my hips and was told by me endocrinologist I needed to see a arthritis doctor as I was beginning to have joint pain. I tried to make an appt. with Dr. Poulose, which their website allows you to do online. The office cancelled my appt. without ever speaking with me. I tried calling several times over a two week period and couldn't get through, got hung up on, and left messages that were never returned. I was then finally called and the front office clerk tries to tell me she has been trying to get in touch with me, which I know to be lies. Then was told I needed all these medical records sent over before they would see me. I told them I could get them anything they needed. The front office clerk then proceeded to tell me I needed a letter from my endocrinologist stating he specifically suggested I see a Rheumatologist. I am… needing to determine if in fact I have arthritis causing the joint pain. This doctor's office would not help and at the end of our conversation I was told I needed to get a diagnosis from my endocrinologist. This doctor's office demonstrated everything wrong with medical care these days. I pay a fortune in insurance to have a good plan, a PPO, just to have this doctor's office be picky about who she sees. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
