Horrible bad side manner. Multiple times referred to my daughter as he in his notes. Never returned multiple emails

Dr. Bae is an incredible doctor and orthopedic surgeon. He is kind, compassionate, intelligent, funny, and easy to talk to. He's a real down to earth bro, and I had full confidence in his ability to accurately diagnose me. He carefully listened to me, then thoroughly explained the pathology of my condition and the pros and cons of each treatment option. When him and I decided that surgery was the best course of action for both my elbows, I had 110% confidence in his decision making as well as his skill as a surgeon. You are in excellent hands with Dr. Bae.

Dr. Bae is easily the best doctor that I have ever been to (and I have seen a lot of doctors). He is brilliant with his work. He explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure the you & your family clearly understand the injury and the options for fixing the problem. I had a wrist injury that was ongoing for a couple years which involved a very difficult procedure. I did extensive research to find the best hand surgeon in the area and Doctor Bae had great reviews and many people referred me to him. He lived up to all the hype. Aside from being extremely intellegent & skilled for his profession, he is a down to earth man who you can trust. Like someone previously posted, I felt blessed to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Bae is not only intelligent but he has extremely good bedside manner and he knows what he is doing. He explains things thoroughly and he does great work. He is perhaps the only dr I trust now, and he goes well beyond his duties as a surgeon. Not only did he help us to understand my daughter's injury and speak to her and I in a civilized and patient manner, but he was able to do a very difficult procedure successfully - when the chances of it not working were high. Dr. Bae is one of a kind and if you are so lucky as to have him as a surgeon, consider yourself blessed! Nobody is a miracle worker but Dr. Bae comes very close. Not only is he admirable but he cares for all of his patients and he does the best job for all. I was fortunate to get other parents' opinions about him before we saw him, and all of them said the same thing. He's excellent.

Yes, the wait time is ridiculous. We have seen doctor Bae on three different injury occasions from a simple broken bone to a complicated surgical hand fix (that another said could not be done). He is simply the best! He is not warm, but he will explain and illustrate, and every parent and patient is fully aware of the anatomy, injury, and process for fixing. I prize this more that sweet words. Dr. Bae reads his email, and is a prompt responder.

He did a ganglion surgery for my 12 year old and now she has a nerve damage to live with for rest of her life , she was in a severe pain after the surgery he did not care for and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY CHILD FOR SURGERY. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

We found the doctor's glossy veneer and metaphor-filled wordiness a little bothersome and patronizing, but he did show the patient how the injury would have been fixed. We say "would have been fixed" becuase the doctor was too busy for us and found this case too simple to take up his time with. We give him a lot of credit though for referring the patient to another surgeon who sucessfully did the surgery.
