Dr. Donald Charles Brown, MD

Dr. Brown has been my OBY for two years now. I’m new to the Oklahoma area from Dallas Texas. Dr Brown is professional, articulate, and a very informative doctor. I highly recommend Dr Brown to anyone seeking an outstanding and professional doctor.

The worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. Dr. Brown made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend him for ANYONE.

Does not review his patients or care about their situation. Very poor bedside manner, enjoys patronizing.

This guy has a very nice personality, however- when it came to my actual pregnancy, he ignored all of my concerns. He didn't spend barely any time with me at all and there was even a time when I was forgotten in an exam room. Around the sixth month of my pregnancy, I was going through so many things and I was so tired of getting 30 seconds from this doctor that I wrote out on a piece of paper everything that I needed addressed that was concerning me since my last visit. His response was " if you're going to keep writing these things down and showing them to me, I'm going to have to put you on bed rest and you won't be able to return to work. I can't know about these things and have you still working." I was the bread winner in my family so that was that, it was almost like a weird scare tactic to get me to shut up. During my labor and delivery, I was pretty relieved he wasn't there until he showed up at the last minute to " catch" my daughter. Overall, I would never use him again for… an obstetrician and his personality is likely why he has any good ratings. If you have real problems or even suspect you might, see someone else... please.

Horrific experience with this doctor when he delivered my son.... Had we not gone and gotten a second option after leaving this hospital I could have died.... horrible doctor!

Dr. Brown was very nice in the beginning. Then he started to become very rude and would ignore my concerns. Himself and his nurses ignored my high blood pressure and become very judgemental of my weight gain in a negative way instead of a helpful way. He went on vacation and wanted me to schedule to be induced when it was convenient for him. When i requested to be induced at a different time then what he wanted, he told me he was booked and scheduled me a for a week after my due date. He was a nightmare and i would never recommend him!!!

Dr. Brown is great and he has so respect for women and pregnancy and very understanding

I LOVE Doctor Donald Brown!! He has delivered both my daughters and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very professional but has a great way of making you feel comfortable even when it comes to the actual delivery...

Dr. Brown is an excellent doctor. He removed 2 ovarian cysts for me. One was the size of a softball and one was the size of a golfball. I am so scared of anesthesia that the blanket was shaking before I went into the procedure room. But Dr. Brown calmed me down and I was ok. Hope he never retires.

He's never available for appointments when needed. Too busy to be on time to his own appointments and too busy to schedule appointments in a reasonable window. He should not take on anymore patients.
