Dr. Donald R. Cannon, MD

Dr. Cannon is amazing. I can’t tell you how much he cares and goes out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and considered in every aspect of my care. I came to this office based off a referral I had a bad experience with my previous OB who ignored me which I say resulted in a late miscarriage. I have been pleased with Dr. Cannons office even though this pregnancy didn’t go as aspected. Dr. Cannon listened and respected my wishes. I had to go to the emergency room because I did miscarry (like the doctor told me I would) and he came in to do my procedure. He didn’t have to but he did and that bought me so much comfort seeing his face and him treating me and my partner with so much compassion and grace. I found my forever OB/GYN Group. I also have seen Dr. Huggins and she is a blessings as well. The entire office is amazing and compassionate. I am so grateful to be a patient.

Dr Cannon was referred to me by my own ob/gyn (in another practice) for a robotic hysterectomy. I have had other surgeries and there was concern about scar tissue which would lead to an abdominal hysterectomy (not the result I would want). I had a successful robotic hysterectomy at by Dr Cannon Virtua Voorhees. The team was professional and compassionate and the recovery is NOT awful. I would recommend it to friends : ) During the surgical delays (due to COVID restrictions), Dr Cannon continually followed up with me personally. He has been caring, sincere and honest-and clearly skilled. The surgical scheduler is a pleasure to work with and the office staff took care of any documentation that I needed for work.

Tonight I went to see Dr. Cannon for my first appointment with him and any male obgyn ever. I was a little nervous at first but Dr. Cannon is gentle, understanding and really good at listening. He made me feel deeply respected when he talked together with me and made me know my thoughts were not just heard but valued and considered. I thought he might not understand my endometriosis pain because he is a male and while he can't, he simply validated what I was saying and wanted to help me however he could. I will only go to him from now on!

SAW THIS DR BECAUSE I WAS TOLD HE WAS "GREAT". He must of had his cell phone in pocket & ding ding ding the entire visit. Plus, I got the feeling his mind wasn't focused on what I was trying to explain. He seemed to rush me by saying I did not need a Pap test. Plus, no exam because the mammogram would be for the lump Breast check? To me that was really Poor Medical care and I would never recommend this Dr. or office to anyone of my girlfriends. Horrible.

I went to see Dr. Cannon after I had a horrible experience with a new doctor. I found him so compassionate, thorough and and truly concerned about my well being. I had to have surgery and he talked with me beforehand and made me feel completely relaxed. He called me at home that night to see how I was feeling. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Cannon was very nice and very professional. He delivered my first son almost ten years ago and I will never forget him.

The most compassionate, patient and caring doctor I have ever found.

I've been seeing Dr. Cannon and others in his office since I left the women's group where I was receiving the worst care from Dr. Martinez and Dr. D'Elia. Dr. Cannon came highly recommended from friends. He has always read my file before coming in, listened to my concerns and taken excellent care of me during and after my pregnancy. His bedside manner is excellent as I was told before going in. He is very warm and I trust him completely and it's been a relief to be in his care as well as those in his office. I would and do always highly recommend him.

Dr. Cannon goes above and beyond for his patients. I was nervous before my D&E so he sat with me in the holding area before the procedure and held my hand as they put me to sleep. He personally called me the next day to see how I was doing.He is the best.

Dr.Cannon is one of the most caring doctors I have ever seen. He stayed with me during my wait to get into the OR, came in on his time off to see me for a problem and actually remembers the names of my husband and child. He is terrific and I would recommend anyone who has ever had a bad GYN experience to go see him, you will forget you ever had a problem with anyone else.
