I've been Dr Donald's patient for several years. Always had issues communicating but now I haven't been able to get a hold of her in several days and I need my prescription transfer to another Pharmacy and she will not respond to me whatsoever. I it is so unprofessional to do this to patients on a regular basis. She does this to my son all the time as well. He is a patient with her. I'm extremely livid because I am out of my medication and they won't help me!

I’ve been her patient for several years. Everything was going fine, for the most part. I had experienced a few issues with responding to my messages which resulted in me going off meds-cold turkey-for weeks at a time, but it’s now happened again and I have been ghosted. I need refills and nobody responds to my messages and I’m really in bad shape because of this. I don’t even know where Dr. Donald is practicing anymore or how to reach her. Unprofessional doesn’t come close to describing how she has left me high and dry.
