very unprofessional staff, also always a hoard of protestors blocking his parking lot. ridiculous.

My wife and I have been a patient of his for over 20 years. He even visits his patients in the hospital, try and find a doctor that does that these days. Rarely do we experience delays in our appointments but those things happen. Great bedside manner and does listen to our issues. Because of his attentiveness a nearly blocked artery was found and dealt with. Good man and doctor to have to keep you healthy.

Terrible bedside manner, I just felt like whatever I said he didn’t care about. The appointment was rushed, and he couldn’t answer the two questions I had for him. Pick a better doctor.

Dr. Collins always listens to our concerns and treats us with the utmost professionlism. Several of our family members also selected Dr. Collins as their family doctor. Even though his day is busy, Dr. Collins takes time to answer all our questions and to ensure that we understand our test results accurately. We feel very confident that we are receiving the highest quality physican care. We recommend Dr. Collins highly!

While I would like to recommend Dr Collins, I cannot due to the inefficiency of his office staff. I've had to wait ~1 hour for each of my appointments. I left the office yesterday when 40+ minutes after my scheduled app't time no one had said one word to me about the delay or even confirmed I would still be seen. I don't really mind having to wait, as I understand the difficulties in holding to a precise schedule, but am really bothered by lack of courtesy to at least give me an update on wait time or some explanation. I had to ask specifically about my wait to get any response from the office staff. I do appreciate Dr Collins thoroughness and communication when I have met with him.
