Front office is a joke. They never leave voicemails even when they easily could. Instead I have to call baylor and wait 20+ minutes through their robot call system for every tid bit of information. I talked to someone for 5 minutes today. When the call ended within 2 minutes they were calling me again. Since it was during work hours I missed the second call, have no idea why they called because they didn't leave a message, and now I have been on hold for 10 minutes just trying to find out why. Inexcusable to waste my time like this. Their incompetence is impacting my work. Not to mention I have now been waiting two months on a allergy shot refill. Pretty sure I cant even take it now without a major reaction and have to start over

Competent in both thyroid and parathyroid surgeries, with an appropriate and compassionate manner.

Dr.Donald Donovan is great at what he does, I had a total thyroidectomy back in 2013 .At the time of the surgery we did not know that I had Thyroid cancer but he did such an amazing job and removed all the thyroid .I'm thankful that I had him as my surgeon.

His thyroid surgery expertise was necessary for my complicated case. He takes the time to really talk with patients while answering any questions or explaining what is particular to your case.

Dr. Donovan was recommended after my wife (in the medical profession) checked around for me with people who really know who is who. I had a large mass removed from my neck, and Dr. Donovan more than lived up to my expectations. He truly cares and his surgical skill is first rate; I never even had any pain after the procedure... none! This is the result of a surgeon with precision and a gentle hand. I recommend him without hesitation.

There are doctors and then there are doctors. Dr. Donovan deserves the title of M.D. He is first class and treats his patients like he would want to be treated. They do not come any finer and you can take this statement to the bank, His RN's have been with him for a long time. They are Human and treat the patient like humans. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Donald Donovan.

Have been seeing this physician for 4 years. Have had multiple surgeries and numerous office visits and have always felt safe, secure, and confident in his abilities. His bedside manner is excellent. Knowledge of what he is doing is amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The appt desk clerk, Phyllis needs a class in customer service and professionalism. Her voice was monetone, cold, and uncaring. I told her that I'm having very serious dizziness and I wanted my painful right ear evaluated as well as I have a burning irritated tongue that Dr. Donovan had biopsiedin the past. She offered me an appointment 2 months out, which is too long to to be seen, and she offered NO alternative or solution.How is it that a receptionist/appt clerk, based on nature of illness and symptoms, can determine if and when you may be seen?
