Don (I think I'm remembering his name correctly) has treated me twice now and both times, he showed the best bedside care, manners, politeness, compassion and attentiveness I've ever received, both times.

This care provider listened to my concerns and what I explained my PCP had diagnosed me with the day before, however he never once performed any examination of his own on me, not even to listen to my lungs (my illness was respiratory).
