Excellent experience with the staff and physician

These guys are the best. Dr. Gerry is the most down to earth and caring Doctor in the Chicago land area. Now lets talk about the office staff. Going to the doctor is not the most pleasant experience but you are there for a serious reason. The staff always greets you with a smile, taking away all the stress. They know what needs to be done and takes care of everything as soon as possible. If they cannot take care of your issue immediately, you will receive a call as soon as they have the answer, always with a fantastic attitude. I cannot say enough about the entire team, they are the best in the business. Thank you Doctor Gerry for assembling a championship team. Great job!!!!

His office makes many mistakes and wants the patient to correct the error. Their mistake they should be making phone calls to correct the error not the patient. Patient beware!

Dr Gerry is great but a few of his nurses are rude. Very Rude. Consider a different doctor.
