Dr Huene explained my option for treatment. Didnt push me. Im Icing the injury now. if it doesn't improve this week I will be back to get the injection

Every time I go here I always end up waiting an hour or more before I can go back to be seen. Then when I am seen it’s a total of 2-5 minutes of that and then I’m done. He ended up pushing on my hand it it already hurt and caused me a lot more pain the nurse that was in the room saw me start to cry because it hurt so much. “No pain no gain” is what I was told. There is a difference between pushing it were it doesn’t hurt that much to an intolerable level.

Very frustrating to have a doctor not ask at all about how the 3 weeks of physical therapy he made you go to went, ignore you when you point out what is causing pain, tell you you're fine, but then tell you that you will have to learn to live with it. Disregarded MRI diagnosis and said he sees no problem on the x-rays, even though it is a soft tissue injury that won't show up on an x-ray. Wasted a month of my life and prolonged my pain. Disappointed and frustrated.

i have been a patient of his for years and have put up with his poorly managed office . Yesterday I waited 4 1/2 hours for a 2 minute visit . He left the room before I was finished. The staff thinks its funny. I am so done with him.

No B.S. kind of guy. Direct and straight to the point. I trusted him before surgery he explained everything thoroughly. Only thing that upset me off was being treated like a drug addict, I was in severe pain and all he would give me was Tylenol PM. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep.

Horrible experience. Finger tips amputated due to crush injury. Treated in ER and released to orthopedic surgeon for repair. Dr. Huene looked at my injuries and suggested we let them heal on their own and do dressing changes twice a day. With exposed nerves that I advised him of, and he disregarded, I did as instructed. 3 days later I was in the ER again with an infection. The on call orthopedic surgeon in the ER suggested surgery to tuck the nerves in and clean up the wound. 4 days post op and they are healing nicely with no loss of feeling. Would not recommend Dr. Huene at all.

Do not go near this guy. 3 surgeries later and I'm going to be messed up for the rest of my life. I'll never have full strength or range of motion again. I was better of before the "visits" and in less pain.

Hand specialist performing numerous knee surgeries. misdiagnosed me and several others i've spoke with.
