Went for a 2nd IME evaluation for a work comp injury, the office staff were great, fast and courteous, got in before my appointment time, they were having trouble finding my previous medical records as work comp did not provide any to their office for the review. But they did retrieve what they needed to do the evaluation, Dr. Mendoza was thorough and informative about his findings and answered all my questions and concerns..

Perfect. I wish all doctors and doctor offices could be as professional and caring and helpful. The fire alarm went off while I was there and we had to evacuate the building. The nurse that was working with me was extremely helpful and helping me get down the stairs and get out of the building. Very much appreciated!

The dr listened to my questions and answered them fully. He took time to explain to me in easy terms to understand and showed me the x-rays then explained in detail the issue. I appreciated his time that he took with me and my family. I was impressed with him.

Dr. Mendoza was extremely professional and took the time to listen to his patient in which most cases most doctors do not. I understand the doctors have an amazing caseload to conduct on a daily basis, but it is essential that the physician take his time especially with a new patient to listen to their needs. I also found in Dr. Mendoza that he had an amazing amount of compassion when approached by several questions in which I had. There are not many Physicians that will sit and listen. To get to the root cause, and being a retired, deputy, sheriff, I know the essentials that it takes to close a case and or treat one if necessary with kid gloves. Listening to someone talk will most likely lessen the search for an answer when listening will basically solve your case for you. I commend Dr. Mendoza an the swift staff as I as a first time, patient their attention and due diligence in treating and listening to my needs. As a result what has caused me 11 months of 24/7 inconsistent pain,… the swift staff was able to eliminate that pain within the first 48 hours of my first two visits back to back. Keep up the great work you are a major asset to your community, and what I have found to be the only concern medical providers in your profession. Very well done!
