Dr. Donald J. Levine

Dr. Levine is a very kind guy. However, his office is not supporting his needs. The wait is almost alway over 1 hr. Last time it was over 2 hrs. Communication is poor. Follow up appointment requests are unreasonable. He did put some extra diagnoses with the word "encounter" next to it, which had nothing to do with the truth. Please find yourself a real Doctor.

After dealing with high cholesterol for over a decade I know that when there's a very high number there's a problem. Not according to this doctor who refused to even order another blood test to confirm the problem. Wait another three months I was told. I think not. He can now wait until h*** freezes over before I recommend him or post anything positive. How arrogant!

Very poor. seems to have no concern for his patients beyond their payments. need to be seen by him for an urgent problem, you will be refered to the emergency room. Want to speak with him by phone, he can see you next week. By far the worst experience I or any members of my family have ever had with a doctor.

Every time I have visited Dr. Levine he has been friendly, caring, and definitely spends adequate time with me. He has always been on point with his diagnoses, and when something is out of his field of expertise, I never have a problem with the people he refers me to. I feel very comfortable talking about whatever issues I may have going on at the time, whether it be physical or mental. I have had a few bad experiences with other doctors, but he seems like a very down to earth person that genuinely cares about his patients. We have even had some personal conversations about education, sports, and other topics. He almost feels like a friend instead of a doctor. I wouldn't consider visiting any other family physician as long as he is practicing in my area.

I feel like Dr Levine is concerned with my care and the last couple of nurses have all been friendly and caring.The nurse practioner was ok but felt a little cold toward me. Wish I could remember the nurse that has attended me the last couple of times...she is great. The receptionist person(s) are not as friendly as they could be. The wait time though is awful.

Dr Levine does give his patients the time, and, unfortunately, I think that is why he falls behind. I usually factor in an hour to wait. I don't like that, but I think he is compassionate and listens well.

Nice office, friendly caring staff, doctor was very knowledgable and took his time with me to explain my condition.
