Dr. Donald Sheldon Levy

I went in for a skin test and turns out I'm allergic to a couple things. Dr Levy was completely dismissive and just asked me to use pillow/mattress covers to protect from dust mites. I had to be off of anti-histamines for one week in order to do this test and I specifically asked to have the FULL COMPREHENSIVE ADULT TEST which I was assured by the nurse as well as the front desk there that this is what I was getting! Now, a month later, I am asking for allergy shots since my symptoms have not cleared up and I'm being told that I need additional skin tests done since the one they did a month ago was only looking for food allergies! I now would have to be off of anti-histamines again in order to re-test and that's all because of the incompetence and inefficiency of the staff and the Dr. who does not listen to his patient's symptoms and/or concerns.

The first thing I noticed was that parking wasn't a hassle. No parking structures to circle endlessly in ... nice! The office staff was very engaging and friendly. Dr. Levy immediately takes your anxiety away with his good nature and clever quips. Too bad there are only 4 stars to rate his practice with, because he has easily earned 5 stars.

I have suffered severe allergies for many years and have been through many Doctors with no success. I was referred to Dr. Levy through a business associate and it was the best thing I ever did. He was able to determine the source and after 15 years, I finally was relieved from daily hives and itching. Why couldn't the other Doctors figure this out? Dr. Levy is also very personable and I thank him for finally giving me the quality of life that I deserve!

I am here weekly and they are always fast! The shots I have been getting really have helped so I would say he is accurate with his diagnosis. And best of all he frequently spends time with his patients even if it's just to chat and crack jokes.

Dr. Levy is an amazing allergist. He spends the necessary time with each patient and not only provides an "on-point" diagnosis and treatment plan, but he also makes it a fun environment for the whole family. My son says "it's because of Dr. Levy that I'm able to play baseball. If it wasn't for him, I would be indoors all the time." He is a very honest and caring physician. I encourage you to consider him as your allergist. You will think that he is great.

I had seen my family practice doctor for over a year...and Dr. Levy diagnosed my cough as a side effect of gastro-reflux. I was better in less than a week. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Levy spent a lot of tome explaining my allergy problems and made me feel confident that I would get well. I was better in a few days.
